7. Student Obligations

  • Maintain academic integrity and avoid plagiarism

7.2 Professional Behavior

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
  • Follow classroom and online platform rules
  • Use technology resources appropriately
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary course materials

7.3 Communication

  • Check email and platform messages regularly
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to contact information
  • Report technical issues or concerns promptly

8. Academic Policies

8.1 Attendance

  • Regular attendance is required for successful completion
  • Excessive absences may result in course failure or dismissal
  • Make-up sessions may be available at our discretion

8.2 Assessment and Grading

Violations of academic integrity, including cheating, plagiarism, or unauthorized collaboration, may result in course failure or dismissal without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, videos, documents, and assessments are proprietary to BY AREEJ LIMITED
  • Students may use materials solely for personal learning purposes
  • Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited
  • Materials may not be shared with non-enrolled individuals

9.2 Student Work

  • Students retain ownership of their original project work and assignments
  • BY AREEJ LIMITED may use student work for promotional purposes with permission
  • Code and projects developed using our curriculum may be used in portfolios

9.3 Third-Party Content

Some course materials may include third-party content subject to separate license terms. Students must respect all applicable copyrights and licenses.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

10.1 Student Cancellation

  • Before Course Start: Full refund minus £200 administrative fee
  • Within 14 days of start: Refund minus 25% of total fees
  • After 14 days: No refund, but course credit may be available
  • Cooling-off Period: 14-day right to cancel from enrollment confirmation

10.2 Company Cancellation

  • We may cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
  • Students will receive full refunds or transfers to alternative courses
  • We are not liable for consequential damages from course cancellations

10.3 Medical or Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or deferrals may be considered for documented medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

11. Disciplinary Actions
